    Whenever in my galaxy j5 try to make call it responds back with "You can't make outgoing calls while call barring is on" .. what is the solution to this problem?? Please if u can then reply back soon .. Thank you

    Hi Manny,

    I'm not aware of any option that would disable the call logs altogether, sorry.

    As for the "match criteria" option missing, maybe it's available only in certain regions / on certain variants.
    But you can always try a third-party app instead. After a quick search, it looks like Call Control has options for blocking calls from specific area codes etc.

    Hello,

    I tried to reject calls from a certain area code but it does not give me the option on my Samsung J5 to select "exct match" or "start with" ...

    Phone is brand new and up to date. What can I do?

    6. Tap “Back” to confirm


    1. To unblock messages, follow the first 4 steps above and then:
    2. Tap “-“ next to the number you want to remove
    3. Tap “Back

    Forward All Calls:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Tap “More” > “Settings
    3. Tap “More settings
    4. Go to “Call forwarding
    5. Select “Always forward
    6. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
    7. Tap “Turn on

    Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Tap “More” > “Settings
    3. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding
    4. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable
    5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
    6. Tap “Update

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone
    2. Tap “More” > “Settings” > “More settings
    3. Tap “Call forwarding
    4. Select “Always forward
    5. Tap “Turn off
