Transfer Audio Files from a Windows Computer:

    1. Establish a USB connection between the LG Zero and PC
    2. Swipe the “Status” bar down on the home screen and enable “Media sync (MTP)” if necessary
    3. Launch an Explorer window on the computer and locate the desired audio files
    4. Copy the files and transfer them on the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” director (“Ringtones” / “Notifications” etc.)
    5. After the transfer is complete, click “Safely Remove Hardware” in the system tray and eject the phone storage to safely disconnect from the USB cord

    Change the Phone Ringtone:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Access the “Settings” menu
    3. Tap “Sound & notifications”
    4. Tap “Ringtone” and choose a new general ringtone
    5. Tap “OK”

    Change a Contact’s Ringtone:

NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be set for contacts located on the SIM card or the phone’s internal memory.

    1. Launch “Contacts”
    2. Select the contact you wish to set a custom ringtone to
    3. Tap “Edit” > “Ringtone”
    4. Select the ringtone you want to set and tap “OK”

    Change the Notification Sound:

    1. Go to the “Settings” menu
    2. Tap “Sound & notifications”
    3. Under “Advanced Settings”, tap “More”
    4. Go to “Notification sound” and select the desired notification
    5. Tap “OK” to confirm
