    NOTE: To learn how you can back up data on the LG Zero, visit this thread.

    Restore Contacts:

    1. Open the apps drawer and go to “Settings”
    2. If necessary, press “Menu” and switch to “List view”
    3. Under “Personal”, tap “Backup & reset” > “LG Backup service”
    4. Tap “File restore & management”
    5. Select the desired backup file and tap “Next”
    6. Tap “Start” > “Done”

    Restore Contacts from an SD Card:

    1. Open the “Settings” menu
    2. If necessary, tap “Menu” and select “List view”
    3. Tap “Backup & reset” under “Personal”
    4. Tap “LG Backup service” > “Backup and restore” > “File restore & management”
    5. Locate and select the desired backup file, then tap “Next”
    6. Tap “Start” and wait for the process to complete
    7. When prompted with “Restored”, tap “Done”

    Restore Media Files:

    1. Go to “Settings”
    2. Tap “Backup & reset” > “LG backup service”
    3. Tap “File restore & management” and select the desired media file backup
    4. Tap “Next” > “Start”
    5. At the “Restored” pop-up, tap “Done”

    Restore Media Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Establish a USB connection between the LG Zero and your PC
    2. On the phone, drag the “notification” bar down and enable “Media sync (MTP)”
    3. Open the File Explorer on the PC and locate the media file backups
    4. Copy the files from your PC to your phone storage, preferably in the “Media” directory or the folder(s) they originate from
    5. Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage from the system tray, and safely disconnect the phone from the USB cord
