    Block Calls:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the Start screen
    2. Access the “History” tab
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Blocked calls”
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
    5. Tap “+” and enter the phone number you want to block
    6. Tap “Block”

    Unblock Calls:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the Start screen
    2. Go to the “History” screen
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Blocked calls”
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
    5. Tap and hold the phone number / contact you want to unblock
    6. Tap “Unblock number” to confirm

    Add a Contact to Speed Dial:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the Start screen
    2. Access the “Speed dial” tab
    3. Tap “+”
    4. Select the contact you want to add to speed dial
    5. To access your speed dial contacts, go to the “Speed dial” tab
    6. To remove a contact from favorites, tap & hold the desired contact from the “Speed dial” tab and tap “Delete”

    Enable Conference Call:

    NOTE: You can start a conference call while in an ongoing call by performing the following steps:

    1. While in an ongoing call, tap “+ Add call”
    2. Enter the phone number, or tap the contact you want to add to the conference
    3. After the second call connects, tap “merge calls”
    4. To separate calls, tap “Private” and select one of the callers
    5. You can switch between callers by tapping the “tap to swap” header at the top of the screen
    6. You can disconnect from a caller by tapping “End call” while the other caller is on hold
    7. To end a conference call, tap “End call” in the “Conference” screen

    Turn On Call Forwarding:

    1. Open the “Phone” app
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “Change more settings for phone”
    4. Tap the “Call forwarding” switch to enable it
    5. Tap “Forward calls to” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the Start screen
    2. Press “Menu” > “Settings” > “Change more settings for phone”
    3. Tap the switch associated with “Call forwarding” and set it to “Off”
