Create a New Contact:

1. Open the apps drawer
2. Launch “Contacts”
3. Access the “All contacts” tab and tap “+”
4. Enter the contact’s phone number, name, and other details in the appropriate fields
5. If necessary, select an account with which to sync the contact
6. Tap “Done”

Add a Contact to Speed Dial:

1. Tap & hold an empty area on the home screen
2. Access “Widgets”
3. Tap and hold the “Direct Dial” widget
4. Drag the widget and drop it on top of the home screen
5. When prompted with the contacts list, select the contact you want to associate with the widget

NOTE: you can add multiple Direct Dial widgets on the home screen by repeating the steps above. You can also organize Direct Dial widgets in folders on the home screen by dragging and dropping them on top of another.

Import / Export Contacts:

1. Open the apps drawer
2. Launch “Contacts” and tap “Menu”
3. Tap “Import / Export”
4. Choose to “Import from storage”, “Import from SIM card” or “Export to storage”
5. Follow any additional on-screen steps to complete the process

Delete a Contact:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Go to the “All Contacts” tab
3. Select the contact you want to remove
4. Tap “Edit” – the button depicting a pencil
5. Tap “Menu” > “Delete” > “OK”

Create a New Caller Group:

1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
2. Open “Contacts” and tap the “All contacts” tab
3. Tap “+” in the lower-right corner of the screen
4. Under “Groups”, tap “Group name” > “Create a new group”
5. Enter a name for the group and tap “OK”
6. Press “Back” to save the group

Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

1. Launch “Contacts” and go to “All Contacts”
2. Tap and hold the contact you want to add to the group
3. Tap “Edit” > “Group name”
4. Select one of the existing groups and tap “Back” to save the changes

Reset the Call Log:

1. On the home screen, tap “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Call history”
3. To view more details on a call log entry, tap it
4. To clear the call log, go to the “Call history” screen and tap “Menu” > “Clear call log”
