Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the Alcatel Flash 2 to your computer via USB
    2. Drag the “Notification” bar down and enable “Media device (MTP)” if necessary
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer and locate the desired audio files
    4. Copy the files you want to use for ringtones / notifications, and transfer them on the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” > “Ringtones” / “Notification” / “Alarms” directories
    5. After the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage from the system tray, and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord

    Change the General Ringtone:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Go to “Settings” and scroll to “Device”
    3. Tap “Sound” and scroll to “Call ringtone & vibrate”
    4. Tap “Phone ringtone” and select the desired ringtone
    5. Tap “OK”
    6. Optionally, you can turn “Also vibrate for calls” On or Off

    Change a Contact’s Ringtone:

NOTE: You cannot assign custom ringtones for contacts located on the SIM card or the phone’s internal memory.
    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Tap the desired contact, and tap “Edit”
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Set ringtone”
    4. Select a ringtone from the list, and tap “OK” to confirm

    Change the Notification Sound:

    1. Open the “Settings” menu on the phone
    2. Tap “Sound & Notification” under “Device”
    3. Under “Sound”, tap “Default Notification Sound”
    4. Select the desired notification sound and tap “OK”
