Block Calls:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Go to the “History” tab
3. Tap “Menu” > “Blocked Calls”
4. Tap “Menu” > “Block list” > “+”
5. Enter the phone number you want to block and tap “Block” to confirm

Unblock Calls:

1. Tap the “Phone” tile
2. Go to “History”
3. Tap “Menu” > “Blocked Calls”
4. Tap “Menu” again, followed by “Block list”
5. Tap and hold the phone number / contact you wish to unblock
6. Tap “Unblock number”

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. On the Start screen, tap “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Change more settings for phone”
4. Touch the “Call forwarding” switch to “ON”
5. Tap “Forward calls to” and select / enter the phone number to forward incoming calls to

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
2. Tap “Settings” > “Change more settings for phone”
3. Tap the “Call forwarding” switch to disable the feature

Enabling and Managing Conference Calling:

NOTE: During an ongoing phone call, you can perform the following steps to start and manage a conference call:

1. During the ongoing call, tap “+ Add call”
2. Tap a contact or enter a phone number to add to the conference call
3. Once the second call connects, tap “merge calls”
4. To separate calls, tap “Private” and select one of the callers
5. To switch between callers, tap the “tap to switch” bar at the top of the screen
6. To disconnect a caller, put the other one on hold and tap “End call”
7. To end a conference call, tap “End call” on the “Conference” screen

Add a Contact to Speed Dial:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Access the “Speed dial” tab
3. Tap “+” and select the contact you want to add to speed dial
4. You can view all of your favorite / speed dial contacts / number from the “Speed dial” tab
5. To remove a number / contact from speed dial (favorite), first access “Speed dial”
6. Next, tap and hold the desired contact / phone number and tap “Delete”
