    Block Calls:

    1. Tap the “Phone” tile on the Start screen
    2. Go to the “History” tab
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Blocked Calls”
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
    5. Tap “+” and enter the phone number you wish to prevent incoming calls from
    6. Tap “Block”

    Unblock Calls:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Access “History”
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Blocked calls”
    4. Tap “Menu” again and go to “Block list"
    5. Tap and hold the phone number / contact you wish to unblock
    6. Tap “Unblock number” to confirm

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Tap the “Phone” tile on the Start screen
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Settings” and tap “Change more settings for phone”
    4. Tap the switch associated with “Call forwarding” to “ON”
    5. Tap “Forward calls to”
    6. Select a contact or enter the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to

    Turn Off Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “Change more settings for phone”
    4. Tap the “Call forwarding” switch to disable the option

    Add a Contact to Speed Dial:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the Start screen
    2. Access the “Speed dial” tab
    3. Tap “+” and select the contact you want to add to speed dialing
    4. Tap the “Speed dial” tab to view your favorite phone numbers / contacts
    5. To remove a contact from favorites / speed dial, first go to the “Speed dial” tab
    6. Next, tap & hold the phone number / contact you wish to remove
    7. Tap “Delete”

    Enable Conference Calling:

    NOTE: You can start / manage a conference call while in an ongoing phone call by performing the following steps:

    1. While in an ongoing call, tap “+ Add call”
    2. Enter the phone number, or select the contact you want to add to the conference call
    3. Once the second call connects, tap “merge calls”
    4. Tap “Private” to separate calls, and select one of the callers
    5. To switch between callers, tap the “tap to swap” bar at the top
    6. If you wish to disconnect from a caller, put the caller on hold and tap “End call”
    7. To end a conference call, tap “End call” in the “Conference” screen
