How to block anonymous calls on Asus Zenfone 3 Max - Fixing Phones

Forward Calls:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Go to “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. Enable “Always forward”
5. Enter the phone number you want to use to forward incoming calls to

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

1. On the home screen, tap “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. Select to forwarding incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
5. Edit or enter the phone number you wish to forward calls to

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Launch “Menu”
3. Tap “Settings” > “Call settings”
4. Tap “Call forwarding”
5. Choose the forwarding option you want to disable

Forward a Message Thread:

1. Launch “Messages”
2. Tap the conversation thread you wish to forward
3. Tap “Menu” > “Forward SMS conversation”
4. Tap “Select all” or choose the messages you wish to forward
5. Tap “Forward” > “+”
6. In the “To” field, enter the recipient and tap “Send”

NOTE: The conversation thread will be sent as an MMS, not SMS.

Block Calls from a Contact / Phone Number:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
3. Tap “Block list”
4. Tap “+” and follow one of the steps below:
   
   • To block a phone number: enter it
   • To block a contact: tap “Choose from contacts”
   • To block a call log entry: tap “Choose from recent call logs” and select a call log entry
   • To block a SIP number: tap “Enter a SIP number”
5. Press “Add”

Unblock a Contact / Phone Number:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
3. Tap “Block list”
4. Tap and hold the contact or phone number you wish to unblock

Block Messages:

1. Tap “Messages”
2. Select the conversation thread exchanged between you and the contact / phone number you want to prevent from sending you messages
3. Tap “Menu” > “Add to block list”
