    Back Up Application Data:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Launch “Settings”
    3. Tap “Backup & reset” under “Personal”
    4. To back up Wi-Fi passwords, settings, and account data to your Google account, enable “Back up my data”
    5. Enable “Automatic Restore” to restore app data automatically the next time you sign in with your Google backup account

    Back Up Contacts:

    1. Open the “Settings” menu
    2. Tap “Accounts”
    3. Select an account type and tap the account you want to sync your contacts with
    4. Make sure “Contacts” is turned on
    5. Tap “Menu” > “Sync Now”

Back Up Media Files on a Windows Computer:

    1. Establish a USB connection between the Asus ZenFone Go and PC
    2. On the home screen, drag the “Status” bar down and make sure “Media device (MTP)” is enabled
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate the media files on your phone and copy them
    5. Paste the files in the desired backup location on your computer
    6. Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray
    7. It’s now safe to disconnect the phone from the USB connector

Restore Media Files from a Windows Computer:

    1. Connect the Asus ZenFone Go to your PC via USB
    2. Make sure “Media device (MTP)” is enabled from the notification area
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate the media files backed up on your computer
    5. Copy the files and paste them on the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” folder
    6. After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage from the system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB connector
