Forward Calls:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
3. Go to “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. Select to “Always forward”
5. Enter the phone number to forward calls to and tap “Turn on”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “More”
3. Go to “Settings” > “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when unanswered”
5. Enter the phone number to forward calls to
6. Tap “Turn on” / “Update”

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

1. Open the “Phone” app
2. Tap “more” > “Settings”
3. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. Select a forwarding option and tap “Turn off”

Block Calls:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “More” > “Settings” > “Call rejection”
3. Tap “Auto reject list”
4. Follow one of the bullet points below:
   
   • To block a phone number: enter it and make sure “Exactly the same as” is selected
   • To block a contact / call log entry: go to “Contacts” or “Logs” and select the desired phone number
   • To block unknown callers: turn on “Unknown”

Unblock Calls:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Call rejection”
4. Access “Auto reject list”
5. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the phone number you want to unblock

Block / Unblock Messages:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the number / contact you want to block messages from
3. Tap “Add to spam numbers”
4. To unblock messages, follow the steps above and select “Remove from spam” instead

Block / Unblock Messages via Settings:

1. Launch “Messages”
2. Tap “More”
3. Go to “Settings”
4. Turn on “Spam filter”
5. Tap “Manage spam numbers”
6. Enter the phone you want to block
7. Tap “+” and select “Inbox” or “Contacts”
8. Press “Back” to confirm

NOTE: To unblock messages, follow the first 5 steps above and then tap the “-“ symbol associated with the number / contact you want to unblock.
