    NOTE: You can visit this thread for instructions on how you can back up data on the LG K10.

    Restore a .sbf File From a Computer:

    1. Connect the LG K10 to your PC via USB
    2. On the home screen, swipe the “Status” bar down
    3. Make sure “Media sync (MTP)” is enabled
    4. Launch the File Explorer on the computer
    5. Use the Explorer to locate the “.sbf” backup file
    6. Copy the file and transfer it on your phone storage
    7. After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and disconnect the device from the USB

    Restore Content from the SD Card:

    1. Access the phone’s “Settings” menu
    2. If necessary, go to the “General” tab
    3. Swipe to “Phone Management”
    4. Tap “Backup & reset”
    5. Under “LG Backup service”, tap “Restore from backup”
    6. Select the SD card backup you want to restore
    7. Tap “Start” and wait for the “Restored” pop-up
    8. Tap “Done” and wait for your phone to reboot

    Restore Contacts:

    1. Go to “Settings”
    2. Switch to the “General” tab if necessary
    3. Scroll to “Phone Management”
    4. Tap “Backup & reset”
    5. Scroll to “LG Backup” and tpa “Restore from backup”
    6. Select the desired contact backup file
    7. Tap “Start”
    8. At the “Restored” prompt, tap “Done” and wait for the phone to reboot

    Restore Media Files from the Phone:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Open “Settings”
    3. Under the “General” tab, scroll to “Phone Management”
    4. Tap “Backup & reset”
    5. Tap “Restore from backup” under “LG Backup”
    6. Select the desired media backup file(s)
    7. Tap “Start” and wait for the “Restore complete” pop-up
    8. Tap “Restart”

    Restore Media from a Windows Computer:

    1. Establish a USB connection between the LG K10 and your PC
    2. On the phone’s home screen, swipe the “Status” bar down and make sure “Media sync (MTP)” is turned on
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate the media files backed up on your computer
    5. Copy the files and transfer them on the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” folder
    6. Once the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage from the system tray and safely disconnect the device
