    There is an awesome app that allows you to back up not only your Google contacts, but your whole Google account to the cloud - Gmail, Drive, Calendar. The app is called Upsafe.

    Back Up App Data:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Go to “Settings
    3. Under “Personal”, tap “Backup & reset
    4. To back up Wi-Fi passwords, account data, and settings to your Google account, enable “Back up my data
    5. Enable ”Automatic restore” to allow your Google account to restore data automatically upon the next login

    Back Up Contacts Using a Google Account:

    1. Access the “Settings” menu
    2. Go to “Accounts
    3. Select “Google
    4. Tap the Google account you want to use for contact sync
    5. Make sure “Contacts” is selected
    6. Tap “Menu” > “Sync now

    NOTE: The contacts synced using the method above will be restored to your phonebook the next time you sign in with your Google backup account.

    Back Up Contacts to Storage:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Open “Contacts
    3. Access the “All Contacts” tab
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Import / Export
    5. Select to “Export to storage
    6. Make sure you recall the backup file’s name for future use
    7. Tap “OK” to create the backup file

    NOTE: To back up contacts from a vCard file, follow the steps above and choose “Import from storage” as opposed to “Export to storage”, then follow the on-screen prompts.

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows PC:

    1. Establish a USB connection between your PC and the BLU Studio C HD
    2. On the phone’s home screen, swipe the “Status” bar down
    3. Make sure “Media device (MTP)” is enabled
    4. Launch the File Explorer on the computer
    5. Locate the media files on your phone and copy them on your PC in the desired backup location
    6. After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage from the system tray and disconnect the device from the USB connector

    NOTE: To restore media files from your computer, follow the steps above and use the File Explorer to copy the media files from your PC, back to your phone storage.
