    The easy way to Restore Data, Contacts, and Media Files from LG K7 is using pro LG Data Recovery program. Usually, if the data are not overwritten by new data, you can get access to them and recover them to computer via usb cable easily with its help.

    NOTE: To learn how you can back up data on the LG K7, you can visit this thread.

    Restore a .sbf File from a PC:

    1. Connect the LG K7 to your computer via USB
    2. Swipe the Status bar down on the home screen
    3. Make sure Media sync (MTP) is turned on
    4. Open the File Explorer on the computer
    5. Locate the .sbf file on the computer and copy it
    6. Transfer the file back on the phone storage
    7. Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage from the system tray and safely disconnect the device

    Restore SD Card Content:

    1. Go to Settings
    2. Access the General tab if necessary
    3. Swipe to Phone Management and tap Backup & reset
    4. Tap Restore from backup under LG Backup service
    5. Select the SD card backup you wish to restore and tap Start
    6. At the Restored pop-up, tap Done
    7. Your phone will now reboot to complete the restore

    Restore Contacts:

    1. Open the Settings menu
    2. If necessary, switch to the General tab
    3. Scroll to Phone Management and tap Backup & reset
    4. Tap Restore from backup under LG Backup
    5. Select the desired backup file and tap Start
    6. At the Restored pop-up, tap Done

    Restore Media Files from the Phone:

    1. Open the apps drawer and go to Settings
    2. Go to the General tab
    3. Under Phone Management, tap Backup & reset
    4. Under LG Backup, tap Restore from backup
    5. Select the desired media backup file(s) and tap Start
    6. At the Restore complete pop-up, tap Restart

    Restore Media Files from a Computer:

    1. Connect the LG K7 to your PC via USB
    2. Swipe the Status bar down on the home screen, and enable Media sync (MTP)
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the PC
    4. Use the Explorer to locate the media files backed up on the PC
    5. Copy the files and transfer them on the phone storage, preferably in the Media directory
    6. After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the phone from the USB cord
