    Block Calls:

    1. On the Start screen, tap the “Phone” tile
    2. Access the “History” tab
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Blocked Calls”
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
    5. Tap “+”
    6. Enter the phone number you want to block and tap “Block” to confirm

    Unblock Calls:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the Start screen
    2. Go to “History” and tap “Menu”
    3. Tap “Blocked calls” > “Menu”
    4. Tap “Blocked list”
    5. Tap and hold the contact / phone number you want to unblock
    6. Tap “Unblock number”

    Turn On Call Forwarding:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the Start screen
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Go to “Change more settings for phone”
    4. Press the “Call forwarding” switch to “ON”
    5. Tap “Forward calls to” and select a contact, or enter the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “Change more settings for phone”
    4. Press the “Call forwarding” switch to turn off the option

    Manage Speed Dial:

    1. On the Start screen, tap “Phone”
    2. Go to the “Speed dial” tab
    3. Tap “+” and select the contact you want to add to speed dialing
    4. Access the “Speed dial” tab to view your favorite contacts / phone numbers
    5. To remove a contact from speed dial / favorites, first access the “Speed dial” tab
    6. Next, tap and hold the contact / phone number you want to remove
    7. Tap “Delete” to confirm

    Turn On and Manage Conference Calling:

    NOTE: You can perform the following steps to start and manage a conference call while in an ongoing phone call.

    1. Tap “+ Add call” while in an ongoing phone call
    2. Select a contact, or enter the phone number you want to add to the conference call
    3. After the second call connects, tap “merge calls”
    4. To separate calls, tap “Private” and select one of the callers
    5. To switch between callers, tap the “tap to swap” bar
    6. To disconnect from a caller, put the caller on-hold and tap “End call”
    7. To end a conference call, go to the “Conference” screen and tap “End call”
