Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” and access “Settings”
3. Tap “Call settings”
4. Go to “Call forwarding” and select “Always forward”
5. Enter the phone number you want incoming calls to be forwarded to (or tap “Contacts” and select an existing one)
6. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
2. Go to “Settings” > “Call settings”
3. Tap “Call forwarding”
4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or tap “Contacts”
6. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
5. Tap “Disable” to confirm

Block Calls:

1. Open the apps drawer and launch “Contacts”
2. If necessary, go to the “All Contacts” tab
3. Select the contact whose calls you want to block
4. Tap “Edit” in the upper-right corner (pencil icon)
5. Tap “Menu”
6. Turn on “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Go to “All Contacts”
3. Select the desired contact and tap “Edit” > “Menu”
4. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages (Google Messenger App):

1. Open Google’s “Messenger” app
2. Select the conversation thread exchanged between you and the contact / phone number whose messages you want to block
3. Tap “Menu”
4. Go to “People & options”
5. Tap “Block (number)” > “OK”

NOTE: Although you will continue to receive messages from the blocked contact / number, the conversation thread will be archived and you will no longer receive notifications.

Unblock Messages (Google Messenger App):

1. Launch “Messenger”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Tap “Blocked contacts”
4. Select the phone number / contact you want to block

NOTE: Once unblocked, the conversation thread exchanged between you and the contact will be removed from archives.
