Forward All Calls:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
3. Go to “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. Tap “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to
5. Tap “Turn on”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “More”
3. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
4. Tap “Call forwarding”
5. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable”
6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
7. Tap “Update” / “Turn on”

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “More” and access the app’s “Settings” screen
3. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. Tap “Always forward” (or another forwarding option you wish to disable)
5. Tap “Turn off”

Block Calls:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
3. Go to “Call rejection” > “Auto reject list”
4. Perform one of the following steps:
   
   • To block a number: enter it and, if applicable, select the desired “Match criteria”
   • To bock a contact or call log entry: tap “Contacts” or “Logs” and select the number you want to block
   • To block unknown callers: move the “Unknown” slider to “ON”

Unblock Calls:

1. Open “Phone” and tap “More”
2. Go to “Settings”
3. Tap “Call rejection” > “Auto reject list”
4. Tap “-“ next to the contact or phone number you want to unblock

Block Messages:

1. Tap “Messages” on the home screen
2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
3. Tap “Add to spam numbers”

Block Messages via Settings:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Spam filter” to enable the feature
4. Tap “Manage spam numbers”
5. Enter the desired phone number and tap “+” (Alternatively, you can select a phone number from “Contacts” or “Inbox”)
6. Tap “Back” to save the changes

Unblock Messages:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number you want to unblock
3. Tap “Remove from spam”

Unblock Messages via Settings:

1. Launch “Messages”
2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Spam filter” > “Manage spam numbers”
4. Tap the “-“ sign associated with the number you want to remove
5. When ready, tap “Back” to save the changes
