    If you have a Google account, your stuff is automatically backed up. You just need to have sync set up.
    Other solution like backing up data to computer with Android Transfer tool which help you backup, edit or manage your Android contacts, messages, music, photos, movies, etc. on computer directly.

    Thanks for sharing this, as far as i know, there're many android data transfer apps could help. I recommend Android File Manager, how to backup contacts on Samsung Galaxy.

    Backing Up Applications:

    1. While on the home screen, press the "Menu" button
    2. Tap "Settings"
    3. Scroll to the "Account" tab and tap "Backup and reset". NOTE: you need to be logged in to your Google account before being able to back up applications. If needed, tap "Backup account" > "Add account" and follow the prompts
    4. If necessary, mark the check boxes associated with "Backup my data" and "Backup account"

    Backing Up Contacts to a Samsung or Google Account:

    1. Tap the "Contacts" icon located on the home screen
    2. Press "Menu" > "Merge contacts"
    3. Select either "Merge with Google" or "Merge with Samsung"
    4. If necessary, sign in with your Samsung or Google account

    Backing Up Contacts to the SD Card:

    1. Open the "Contacts" application
    2. Press the "Menu" button and select "Contacts to display"
    3. Tap "All contacts"
    4. Press the "Menu" button and select "Import / Export"
    5. Tap "Export to SD card". Optionally, rename the file before proceeding
    6. Tap "OK"

    Backing Up Media Files on Your SD Card:

    1. Tap the "All apps" icon located on the home screen
    2. Tap "My files" > "All files" > "Device storage". (NOTE: if you want to back up all of your files, press "Menu" > "Select all" and skip to step 5
    3. Navigate to where the desired media files are located. NOTE: usually, pictures captured with your phone are located in the "DCIM" folder. Media files are found in "Notifications", "Downloads" etc.
    4. Mark the check box located to the left of the file that you want to back up
    5. Tap the "Menu" icon located in the upper-right
    6. Tap "Copy". Alternatively, press "Move" to avoid creating duplicates
    7. Select "SD memory card"
    8. Navigate to where you wish to save the files and tap "Paste here" (or "Move here" depending on your initial choice)

    Backing Up Media Files on Your Windows Computer:

    1. Use the USB cable to connect your smartphone to your computer
    2. Drag the "Status" bar down and tap "Connected as a media device", then mark the "Media device" check box
    3. On your computer, click "Open device to view files using Windows Explorer". Otherwise, navigate to where the media files are located on your phone's storage
    4. Copy the files that you want to back up
    5. Navigate to where you wish to save the files on your computer, and paste them
    6. Once finished, safely disconnect your smartphone by clicking the USB icon in the system tray

    Backing Up Media Files on Your Mac Computer:

    1. If you don't have Kies installed on your Mac, visit samsung/com/kies and click "Download for Mac OS"
    2. Once Kies is installed, establish a connection between your smartphone and Mac via USB
    3. Drag the "Status" bar down and tap "Connected as a media device". Then, enable the "Media device" option
    4. Open Kies on your Mac
    5. Go to the "Back up / Restore" tab
    6. Click the "Backup" tab
    7. Mark the check boxes associated with "Music" and "Photos". Alternatively, to back up all of your files, check the "Select all items" option
    8. Click "Backup"
    9. When the process is complete, safely disconnect your smartphone
