    2. Access the “Settings” menu
    3. Under “User and Backup”, tap “Accounts”
    4. Select either “Google” or “Samsung”, depending on the type of account used for the backup
    5. Tap your “user name” or “email address” at the top of the screen
    6. Ensure “Contacts” is selected, and then tap “Menu” > “Sync now”

Restore Contacts from an SD Card:

    1. Ensure the SD Card containing the contact backup is installed on the phone
    2. Open the “Apps” drawer
    3. Go to “Settings”
    4. Scroll to “Device” and tap “Applications”
    5. Tap “Contacts” > “Import / Export contacts”
    6. Tap “Import”
    7. Tap “SD card”
    8. Select to restore a single vCard file or multiple vCards
    9. Select to restore the contacts to your “Device storage” or “Google” account

    Restore Media Files
