hlli sir. I. try to forward call when I busy but call do not forward to another no. it show call ended why ?? plzz help

Call Forwarding

Forwarding All Calls (Unconditional):

1. While viewing the home screen, press the "Menu" button
2. Tap "Settings" and access the "My device" tab
3. Tap "Call" > "Additional settings" > "Call forwarding"
4. Tap "Always forward" and enter the phone number to forward your calls to
5. Tap "Enable"

Forwarding Certain Calls Only (Conditional Forwarding):

1. While on the home screen, press the "Menu" button
2. Tap "Settings" and access the "My device" tab
3. Tap "Call" > "Additional settings" > "Call forwarding"
4. Select either "Forward when unreachable", "Forward when unanswered" or "Forward when busy"
5. Type in the phone number you wish to use for call forwarding
6. Tap "Update"

Cancelling Call Forwarding:

1. From the home screen, press the "Menu" button
2. Tap "Settings"
3. Go to the "My device" tab
4. Tap "Call" > "Additional settings" > "Call forwarding"
5. Tap "Always forward" > "Disable"

Managing the Call Log

Viewing the Call Log:

1. From any home screen, tap the "Phone" icon
2. Tap the "Logs" tab
3. From the list of calls, you can tap a specific call log and tap "View more", to access more details concerning the call log listing for that number

Resetting the Call Log:

1. Tap the "Phone" icon while viewing the home screen
2. Go to the "Logs" tab
3. Press the "Menu" button and select "Delete"
4. Tap the desired call logs, or tap "Select all"
5. Touch "Delete", and tap "Delete" a second time to confirm
