Sync iPhone Contacts With Google via iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer with access to the Internet, you can sync the contacts on your iPhone with a Google account. You can then sync the account data, including contacts, with the BLU Life XL. To do this:

    1. First, connect the iPhone to your computer using the Lightning cable
    2. Launch iTunes
    3. Click the iPhone in iTunes to view the phone’s summary page
    4. Go to the “Info” tab
    5. Enable “Sync Contacts With” and select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
    6. Log in with your Google account, or alternatively, click “Configure” and select an existing account if applicable
    7. Click “Apply” and wait for the sync to complete
    8. Once done, switch to the BLU Life XL and register the same Google account. Make sure you allow the account to sync contacts with your Android phone

Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts have already been backed up on your iCloud account, you can access iCloud on a computer with access to the Internet and export the contacts in vCard format for Android use.

    1. Launch the Internet browser on the computer
    2. Head down to https://www.icloud.com/
    3. Sign in with your iCloud account and click “Contacts
    4. Select the desired contacts and click “Settings” > “Export vCard
    5. After the vCard is downloaded, import it to “Google Contacts
    6. Alternatively, skip the step above and instead, connect the BLU Life XL to your computer using the USB cord, transfer the vCard file to the phone storage, and use the “Contacts” app to import it to your phonebook

    Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: Although the methods above require access to a computer with an active Internet connection, alternatively, you can use third party applications to share your iPhone Contacts. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can be used to back up your iPhone contacts in vCard format, and send the file via email.

    1. Open the App Store
    2. Install “My Contacts Backup” on your iPhone
    3. Open the application
    4. Tap “Backup
    5. Once the backup file is created, tap “Email
    6. Create a new email and make sure the vCard is attached
    7. Send the email to your own Gmail address
    8. On the BLU Life XL, open the email and download the vCard attachment
    9. Use “Contacts” to import the vCard to your phonebook

    Via “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Send Anywhere is another third party app you can use for contact transfer. The app is available on Android and iOS, and uses a peer-to-peer connection to transfer contacts without requiring a computer.

    1. Visit the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
    2. Go to the Google Play Store and install the same app on the BLU Life XL
    3. Open the application on both smartphones
    4. Tap “Send” on the iPhone
    5. Tap “Contacts” and select the contacts you want to share
    6. Tap “Send” and select a transfer method. EX: you can tap “Receive” on the BLU smartphone and enter the transfer code generated on the iPhone, or you can tap “Generate QR Code” on the iPhone and scan the code with the BLU Life XL’s camera to start the transfer
