if you saved it on cloud then you can get it back.. otherwise i dont think you can get it back...

I think that is possible and if there is an important Data there located better to ask professional and pay money to him in order to get everything restored. That is very important. because if you do that your self that could be there is nore chance to restore that after your attempt.
