Use iTunes to Sync iPhone Contacts With a Google Account:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer with an active Internet connection, you can sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. You can then sync the account data, including contacts, with the Galaxy Express Prime.

    1. Open iTunes on the computer
    2. Connect the iPhone to your PC using the Lightning cable
    3. In iTunes, click the iPhone once it connects
    4. Access the “Info” tab and enable “Sync Contacts With”
    5. From the drop-down menu, select “Google Contacts”
    6. Sign in with your Google account, or alternatively click “Configure” and select an existing account
    7. Click “Apply” to begin the sync
    8. After the sync is done, switch to the Galaxy Express Prime, sign in with the same Google account used in iTunes and allow the account to sync contacts with your phone

    Share Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: In case your iPhone contacts have already been backed up on your iCloud account, you can access the account on a computer with an active Internet connection, and export the contacts in vCard format for Android use.

    1. Launch the Internet browser on the computer
    2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/
    3. Sign in with your iCloud account
    4. Go to “Contacts” and select the contacts you want to share
    5. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard”
    6. Wait for the vCard to be downloaded on the PC
    7. Once done, perform one of the two steps below:
      • Import the vCard to “Google Contacts”
      • Connect the Galaxy Express Prime to your computer via USB, copy the vCard to the phone storage, and use the “Contacts” app to import the vCard to your phonebook

    Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: While the methods above require access to a computer with an active Internet connection, alternatively you can also transfer y our contacts using third party apps. My Contacts Backup is an app for iOS that can be used to back up and transfer iPhone contacts via email.

    1. Launch the App Store and install “My Contacts Backup” on the iPhone
    2. Open the application and tap “Backup”
    3. Once the backup file is done, tap “Email”
    4. Compose a new email and ensure the vCard backup file is attached
    5. Send the email and attachment to your own Gmail address
    6. Switch to the Galaxy Express Prime and download the attached vCard
    7. Import the vCard to the phonebook via “Contacts”

    Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Another third party app you can use for contact transfer is Send Anywhere, available on Android and iOS. The app uses a peer-to-peer connection to transfer contacts and other file types without requiring a computer.

    1. Visit the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
    2. Go to the Google Play Store and install the same app on the Galaxy Express Prime
    3. Launch the app on both handsets
    4. On the iPhone, tap “Send”
    5. Tap “Contacts” and select the contacts to share
    6. Tap “Send” and lastly, choose a transfer method. You can tap “Receive” on the Galaxy Express Prime and enter the code from the iPhone, or tap “Generate QR Code” on the iPhone and scan the code with the Galaxy Express Prime’s camera
