    Call Forwarding

    Unconditional Forwarding (All Calls):

    1. Tap "Phone" from the home screen
    2. Access the "Logs" or "Keypad" screen
    3. Press "Menu" and tap "Settings" > "Call"
    4. Tap "Additional settings" > "Call forwarding" > "Always forward"
    5. Type the phone number you want to forward calls to
    6. Tap "Turn on"

    Conditional Forwarding (Forward Certain Calls Only):

    1. Launch the "Phone" app and access the "Logs" screen
    2. Press "Menu" and tap "Settings"
    3. Tap "Call" > "Additional settings"
    4. Tap "Call forwarding"
    5. Choose to "Forward when busy", "Forward when unanswered" or "Forward when unreachable"
    6. Edit or enter the phone number you wish to forward the calls to, if necessary, and then tap "Update"

    Cancel Call Forwarding:

    1. Open the "Phone" application
    2. Access the "Keypad" or "Logs" screen and press "Menu"
    3. Access "Settings"
    4. Tap "Call" > "Additional settings"
    5. Tap "Call forwarding" > "Always forward"
    6. Tap "Turn off"

    Call Blocking

    Blocking Calls:

    1. Launch the "Phone" application
    2. Go to the "Logs" screen and press "Menu"
    3. Tap "Settings"
    4. Go to "Call" and tap "Call rejection"
    5. Tap "Auto reject list"
    6. Tap "Create" and tap the "Contacts" icon
    7. Follow one of the steps below:
      • To enter and block a number:
        1. Enter the phone number manually
        2. Ensure that the "Exact the same as" option is enabled, in order to block the specific number. Alternatively you can choose "Starts with" to block numbers from a certain network or area code etc.
        3. Tap "Save"
      • To block contacts or a phone number from the call log:
        1. Open "Contacts"
        2. Access the "Logs" screen
        3. Select the entry you wish to block and tap "Save"

    Unblocking a Number:

    1. Open the "Phone" app
    2. Access the "Logs" screen
    3. Press "Menu" and tap "Settings"
    4. Tap "Call" > "Call rejection" > "Auto reject list"
      • To allow calls but keep the number in the block list: clear the check boxes next to the phone number
      • To allow calls and also remove the number from the block list: tap the icon depicting a trash can, select the desired number and tap "Done"

    Blocking Messages

    From the Messages Application's "Settings" Menu:

    1. Launch the "Messages" app
    2. Press "Menu" and tap "Settings"
    3. Mark the check box associated with "Spam filter"
    4. Tap "Add to spam numbers" and tap "+"
    5. Type the number you wish to block or select the number from the contact list
    6. Tap "Save"

    Blocking Messages:

    1. Launch the "Messages" app
    2. Tap and hold the message thread created by the number you want to block
    3. Press "Menu" and tap "Add to spam numbers"
    4. Tap "OK" to confirm

    Unblocking Messages:

    1. From the "Messages" app, press "Menu"
    2. Tap "Settings" > "Spam filter"
    3. Tap "Add to spam numbers"
    4. Tap and hold the number you wish to unblock
    5. Tap "Delete" > "OK"

    Unblocking Messages from Within a Message:

    1. From the "Messages" app's main screen, tap and hold the conversation thread containing the number you wish to unblock
    2. Press "Menu" and tap "Remove from spam numbers"
    3. Press "OK" to confirm
