    Block Calls & Messages:

    1. Open the apps drawer and launch “Contacts”
    2. Tap the name of the contact you want to block calls and messages from
    3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

    Unblock Calls & Messages:

    1. Launch “Contacts”
    2. Tap the contact you want to unblock
    3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
    4. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

    Forward Calls (Unconditional):

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
    4. Choose to “Always forward” and if necessary, enter the phone number to forward calls to
    5. Tap “Enable”

    Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

    1. Open the “Phone” app
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Go to “Call settings” and tap “Call forwarding”
    4. Select to forward calls “When busy”, “When unanswered” or “When unreachable”
    5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to and tap “Update” or “Enable”

    Turn Off Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
    2. Tap “Settings” > “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
    3. Select “Always forward”, “When busy”, “When unanswered” or “When unreachable”
    4. Tap “Disable”
