Block Calls:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Call rejection” > “Auto reject list”
4. Perform one of the steps below:
   
   • To block a phone number: enter the number and, optionally, select a different “Match criteria” than default
   • To block calls from a call log entry or a contact: tap “Logs” or “Contacts” and select a call log entry / contact to block
   • To block unknown callers: enable “Unknown”

Unblock Calls:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “More” > “settings”
3. Tap “Call rejection” > “Auto reject list”
4. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the phone number you wish to unblock

Block Messages:

1. Tap “Messages” on the home screen
2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
3. Tap “Add to spam numbers”

Unblock Messages:

1. Launch “Messages”
2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number to unblock
3. Tap “Remove from spam”

Block Messages via App Settings:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
3. Turn on “Spam filter” and tap “Manage spam numbers”
4. Perform one of the following steps:
   
   • Enter the phone number you want to block and tap “+”
   • Tap “Contacts” or “Inbox” and select the phone number / contact you want to block
5. Press “Back” to apply the changes

Unblock Messages via App Settings:

1. Launch “Messages” and tap “More”
2. Tap “Settings” > “Spam filter”
3. Tap “Manage spam numbers”
4. Tap the “-“ symbol next to the phone number / contact you want to unblock
5. Press “Back” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Tap “More”
3. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
4. Tap “Call forwarding”
5. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number to forward calls to
6. Tap “Turn on” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding (Conditional):

1. Launch “Phone” and tap “More”
2. Tap “Settings” > “More settings”
3. Tap “Call forwarding”
4. Select “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable”
5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to and tap “Turn on” / “Update”

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Tap “More”
3. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
4. Tap “Call forwarding”
5. Select “Always forward” or the forwarding option to turn off
6. Tap “Turn off” to confirm
