Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the LG Phoenix 2 to your computer via USB
    2. If prompted, select “Media device (MTP)” or “File Transfer (MTP)”, otherwise enable the option from the “Notification” area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Navigate to the desired audio files on the computer and copy them
    5. Transfer the files on the phone storage, preferably in the “Ringtones” / “Notifications” folder(s) under “Media”
    6. Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord

    Change the Phone Ringtone:

    1. Go to “Settings”
    2. Tap “Sound & Notification”
    3. Tap “Ringtone”
    4. Select the desired ringtone
    5. Tap “OK” to confirm

Set a Custom Ringtone to a Specific Contact:

NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be assigned to contacts located on the phone’s internal memory or the SIM Card.

    1. Launch “Contacts”
    2. Select the desired contact
    3. Tap “Edit” > “Ringtone”
    4. Select the desired ringtone from the drop-down menu
    5. Tap “OK” to confirm

    Change the Notification Sound:

    1. Go to “Settings”
    2. Tap “Sound & notification”
    3. Swipe to “Advanced settings”
    4. Tap “More” > “Notification sound”
    5. Select the desired notification sound
    6. Tap “OK” to confirm
