Transfer Audio Files from a Windows Computer:

    1. Connect the ZTE Blade L5 Plus to your computer via USB
    2. At the prompt, enable “Media device (MTP)”, otherwise turn on the option from the “Notification” area
    3. Switch to the computer and open “File Explorer”
    4. Use the Explorer to locate the desired audio files on your computer and copy them
    5. Transfer the files on the phone storage, preferably in the “Ringtones” / “Alarms” folders within “Media”, or “Notifications” under “Audio”
    6. After the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray
    7. Safely disconnect the device from the USB cord

    Change the General Ringtone:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Launch “Settings”
    3. Tap “Sound & notification”
    4. Tap the icon shaped like a “gear”, next to the current active sound profile
    5. Tap “Phone ringtone” and select the desired ringtone
    6. Tap “OK” to confirm
    7. Optionally, you can choose to turn “Vibrate” On or Off

Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:

NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be set to contacts located on the SIM card or the phone’s internal memory.

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Open “Contacts”
    3. Select the desired contact
    4. Tap “Menu”
    5. Tap “Set ringtone” and select the desired ringtone
    6. Press “OK” to confirm

    Change the Notification Sound:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Tap “Sound & notification”
    3. Tap the “gear” icon next to the current sound profile
    4. Tap “Default Notification Sound” and select a notification sound
    5. Press “OK” to apply the changes
