Block Calls:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Go to “All Contacts”
3. Select the contact you wish to unblock
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Tap “All Contacts”
3. Select the contact you want to unblock
4. Tap “Edit”
5. Tap “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages Using Google Messenger:

1. Open the apps drawer
2. Launch “Messenger”
3. Select the message thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
4. Tap “Menu”
5. Select “People & options”
6. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK” to confirm

NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages received from the blocked number / contact will be archived.

Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

1. Launch “Messenger”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Access “Archived” and select the desired conversation thread
4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
5. Tap “Menu” once more and access “People & options”
6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Access “Settings” and select “Call forwarding” (NOTE: if this option is not supported by your carrier, it may not be shown)
4. Enter or select the phone number you want to forward calls to
5. Tap “Enable”

Enable “Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings”
4. Tap “Call forwarding” and select to forward calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Open “Settings”
4. Go to “Call forwarding”
5. Select a forwarding option to turn off
6. Tap “Disable”
