Turn On Call Forwarding:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings”
4. Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be missing if it’s not supported by your carrier)
5. Enter or select the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
6. Tap “Enable”

Turn On Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings”
4. Tap “Call forwarding” and select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When busy” or “When unanswered”
5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Go to “Call forwarding”
4. Select a forwarding option to disable
5. Tap “Disable” to confirm

Block Incoming Calls:

1. Open the apps drawer
2. Launch “Contacts” and access “All contacts”
3. Select the contact you want to block
4. Tap “Edit”
5. Tap “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Access “All contacts”
3. Select the contacts to unblock
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages via Google Messenger:

1. Launch Google “Messenger”
2. Select the message thread exchanged with the contact you want to block
3. Tap “Menu”
4. Tap “People & options”
5. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived.

Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

1. Open “Messenger”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Archived”
4. Select the desired conversation thread
5. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
6. Tap “Menu” again
7. Go to “People & Options”
8. Tap “Unblock [phone number]” to confirm
