    Block Calls:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Launch “People
    3. Tap “Menu
    4. Go to “Manage contacts
    5. Tap “Blocked contacts” > “Add
    6. Follow one of the steps below:
      • To block an existing contact: check the box associated with it and tap “Save”. Optionally, tap “OK” to save the contact information to a different account before blocking it
      • To block a new phone number: enter it and tap “OK

    Unblock Calls:

    1. Launch “People
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts
    3. Access “Blocked contacts
    4. Tap “Menu” > “remove blocked contacts
    5. Select the desired contact and tap “Delete

    Block Messages:

    1. Open “Messages
    2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
    3. From the “Message options” pop-up, tap “Block contact

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Launch “Messages
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Block list
    3. Tap the phone number / contact you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts

    Turn On Call Forwarding:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Launch “Settings” and tap “Call
    3. Tap “Call forwarding
    4. Select to “Always forward
    5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
    6. Tap “Enable

    Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Launch “Settings
    3. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding
    4. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when unanswered
    5. Tap “Update

    Turn Off Call Forwarding:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Go to “Settings
    3. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding
    4. Select a forwarding option you want to disable
    5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
