    Using iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer connected to the Internet, you can sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. Then you can sync the account data, including contacts, with the Samsung device.

    1. Launch iTunes on the computer
    2. Connect the iPhone to your computer via USB
    3. After it connects, click the iPhone inside iTunes
    4. Access the “Info” section and enable “Sync Contacts With”
    5. Select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
    6. Sign in with your Google account, or click “Configure” and select an existing account if available
    7. Click “Apply” to begin the sync
    8. After the sync is done, sign in with the same Google account on the Samsung device, and allow it to sync contacts with your Android phone

Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: In case the contacts on your iPhone are already backed up on your iCloud account, you can access the account on a computer with an Internet connection, and export the contacts in vCard format for Android use.

    1. Launch the Internet browser on the PC
    2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/
    3. Sign in with your iCloud account
    4. Click “Contacts”
    5. Select the desired contacts and click “Settings” > “Export vCard”
    6. After the vCard has been downloaded on the computer, perform one of the two steps below:
      • Import the vCard to “Google Contacts”, or:
      • Connect the Samsung Galaxy J Max to your computer via USB, copy the vCard file to the phone storage, and use “Contacts” to import it to your phonebook

    Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: While the methods above require access to a computer, alternatively you can share your iPhone contacts using third party applications. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can be used to back up and transfer contacts via email.

    1. Visit the App Store and install “My Contacts Backup” on the iPhone
    2. Open the app and tap “Backup” to create a backup file containing your contacts
    3. Once the backup file has been created, tap “Email”
    4. Ensure the backup file is attached to the email
    5. Send the email to your own address
    6. Once done, switch to the Samsung device, open the email and download the attached file
    7. Use “Contacts” to import the file to your phonebook

    Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Send Anywhere is another third party app you can use to transfer contacts without a PC. The app uses a peer-to-peer connection to transfer contacts and other file types, cross-platform.

    1. Go to the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
    2. Launch the Google Play Store and install the same app on the Samsung Galaxy J Max
    3. Once done, launch the app on both smartphones
    4. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts”
    5. Select the contacts you want to share and tap “Send”
    6. Lastly, select a transfer method. You can tap “Generate QR Code” on the iPhone and scan the code with the Galaxy J Max’s camera, or tap “Receive” on the Samsung device and manually enter the transfer code generated on the iPhone
