no, my phone is not turning on at all no sign of any life its like when u charge finish and phone goes off it wont trun on unless u charge but my battery is workin, im thinkin its might be IC Power?

yesterday i was using my phone it was working perfectly until i took off battery without turning off the phone to change new sim card. since then it died and i putted other battery but still didn't work and i tried to charge it and i tried to boot it with power button and main button and volume button! my phone is perfect but i f**** it up so i need answer what really happen ? and go to fix it
