There are many ways for you to transfer contacts from an iPhone to Huawei Ascend G525. If you want an easy one, the following info. will help you. As for me, I always use transfer tool to help me transfer the data from one phone to another. I will choose the one-click transfer one. For example, the Mobile Transfer on RecoveryiPhone.

I was using an iPhone 5s and bought a Huawei phone last month. It is my first time to try a Chinese phone, which is really out of my expectation. However, I also have to transfer my contacts between both devices, and Phone Transfer on RecoveryAndroid is the helper that helps me successfully and completely transfer my contacts from iPhone to Android. BTW, this tool allows you transfer a range of things, such as photos, videos, e-books, songs and so on. Take a shot. Hope it helps.

I think this might cause headache for those who want to transfer contacts from iPhone to Huawei. A nice answer, though. But, for me, I prefer using some help--tools, I mean, and do it once and for all. Still, you can export the file of contacts from iCloud or your iPhone and upload it to the Android phone or Gmail.

Transferring contacts from an iPhone to an Android device might seem like a tedious task, but with the right tools and information, it's actually quite easy. You can transfer contacts through a PC, or with the help of applications. Below you will find 4 easy methods of transferring Contacts from an iPhone to the Huawei Ascend G525.

    Transferring iPhone Contacts via iTunes:

iTunes allows you to sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account, and you can use this to transfer your contacts over to the Ascend G525.

    1. Open iTunes on your computer (if you need the software, download it from the official Apple website)
    2. Connect your iPhone to your computer via USB
    3. Once connected, your iPhone will appear in iTunes. Click it to access its summary page
    4. Next up, click the "Info" tab and mark the "Sync Contacts With" check box
    5. Select "Google Contacts" from the drop-down list, and enter your Google account name and password. Alternatively, click "Configure" and select a Google account that you've added previously
    6. Click "Apply" and allow iTunes to sync the iPhone contacts to your Google account
    7. Switch over to your Ascend G525 and allow the same Google account to sync contacts with your device. (If you need to add the account, go to "Settings" > "Accounts"

    Transferring iPhone Contacts via iCloud:

If you've used iCloud on your iPhone before, then your contacts might have already been backed up onto your iCloud account. This means that you can use this backup as a way to transfer the contacts over to your Android device. To do so:

    1. Use your computer's Internet browser to visit www.icloud.com
    2. Log in with your iCloud account
    3. Click "Contacts"
    4. From the list of contacts, select the ones that you wish to share
    5. Click the icon depicting a cog wheel, located in the lower-left corner and then select "Export vCard"
    6. A VCF file containing the contacts will now be downloaded on your computer
    7. You can import the VCF file to "Google Contacts", or alternatively, you can connect your G525 to your computer and copy the VCF file to the "sdcard" directory. Then, open the "People" app, go to the "People" screen, press the "Menu" icon and select "Manage contacts" > "Import". Browse for the VCF file and add the contacts

Transferring iPhone Contacts with the "My Contacts Backup" Application:

My Contacts Backup is an iOS application that enables you to create a VCF file containing your contacts, and send it to your email. For this method, you don't need access to a computer.

    1. Visit the App Store on your iPhone and install "My Contacts Backup"
    2. Open the application
    3. Tap "Backup" to create a VCF file containing your iPhone contacts
    4. Once created, tap "Email". This will create a new email with the VCF file attached to it
    5. Send the email to your Gmail address
    6. Switch over to the Ascend G525 and open the email containing the VCF file
    7. Download the file to import the contacts to your Android device

Transferring iPhone Contacts with the "Bump" Application:

Bump is an iOS and Android application that is used to transfer contacts cross-platform via cloud connectivity. To use this method, you don't need access to a computer. You only need an active Internet connection on both smartphones.

    1. Visit the Play Store with your Ascend G525 to download the "Bump" app
    2. Use your iPhone to visit the App Store and download the same application
    3. Launch Bump on both devices. If prompted, allow permissions
    4. Pick up the iPhone and go to the contacts section
    5. From the list of contacts, select those that you wish to transfer
    6. When the "Bump now!" message appears, you can lightly bump the two smartphones together
    7. A "Connect" button should now be available on both devices. Tap it and allow the handsets to communicate
    8. If done right, your iPhone contacts should now be on their way to the Ascend G525
