    Sync iPhone Contacts using iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer connected to the Internet, you can sync the contacts on your iPhone with your Google account. You can then sync the account data, including contacts, with the Samsung device.

    1. Launch iTunes on the computer
    2. Connect the iPhone to your PC via the Lightning cable
    3. In iTunes, click the iPhone
    4. Access the “Info” section and enable “Sync Contacts With”
    5. Select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
    6. Sign in with your Google account, or alternatively click “Configure” and select an existing account
    7. Click “Apply” to start the sync
    8. After the sync is done, switch to the Galaxy On5 Pro, register the same Google account used in iTunes, and allow the account to sync contacts with your phone

Share iPhone Contacts from an iCloud Backup:

NOTE: In case the contacts on your iPhone have already been backed up on your iCloud account, you can access the account on a computer connected to the Internet and export the contacts in vCard format for Android use.

    1. Launch the Internet browser on the computer
    2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/
    3. Sign in with your iCloud account and click “Contacts”
    4. Select the contacts you want to share and click “Settings”
    5. Click “Export vCard”
    6. After the vCard has been downloaded on the computer, follow one of the steps below:
      • Import the vCard via “Google Contacts”, or:
      • Connect the Samsung device to your computer via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage, and use “Contacts” to import its contents to your phonebook

    Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: Although the methods above require access to a computer connected to the Internet, alternatively you can transfer your iPhone contacts using third party applications instead. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can be used to back up and transfer iPhone contacts via email.

    1. Launch the App Store on the iPhone
    2. Install “My Contacts Backup” on the device
    3. Open the app and tap “Backup”
    4. Wait for the backup file to be created and tap “Email”
    5. Create a new email and ensure the vCard is attached
    6. Send the email and attachment to your own address
    7. Once done, switch to the Samsung device, open the email and download the vCard attachment
    8. Import the file using “Contacts”

    Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Send Anywhere is another third party app (for iOS and Android) that can be used to transfer contacts. The app uses a peer-to-peer connection to transfer contacts and other types of files cross-platform, without requiring a PC.

    1. Visit the App Store
    2. Install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
    3. Install the same app on the Samsung device via the Google Play Store
    4. Launch the app on both smartphones
    5. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts”
    6. Select the contacts you want to share
    7. Tap “Send”
    8. Lastly, choose a transfer method. You can tap “Receive” on the Samsung device and enter the transfer code generated on the iPhone, or tap “Generate QR Code” on the iPhone and scan the code using the Samsung Galaxy On5 Pro’s camera to begin the transfer
