Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings”
4. Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be missing if it’s not supported by your carrier)
5. Enter or select the phone number / contact you want to forward calls to
6. Tap “Enable”

Enable Call Forwarding (Conditional):

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Access “Settings”
4. Tap “Call forwarding”
5. Select to forward calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
6. Enter or edit the phone number to forward calls to
7. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Call forwarding”
4. Select to disable “Always forward” or a different forwarding option
5. Tap “Disable”

Block Calls:

1. Tap “Contacts” on the home screen
2. Go to “All contacts”
3. Select the contact you want to block
4. Tap “Edit”
5. Tap “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

1. Open “Contacts” and go to “All contacts”
2. Select the contact you want to unblock
3. Tap “Edit”
4. Tap “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages via Google Messenger:

1. Launch “Messenger”
2. Select the message thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
3. Tap “Menu”
4. Tap “People & options”
5. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived.

Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

1. Open Google “Messenger”
2. Tap “Menu” and go to “Archived”
3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to unblock
4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
5. Tap “Menu” again and tap “People & Options”
6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]"
