    Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:

    1. Tap “Contacts” on the home screen
    2. Access “All Contacts”
    3. Select the desired contact and tap “Edit”
    4. Tap “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail” to block the contact

    Unblock Calls from a Contact:

    1. Launch “Contacts”
    2. Access “All Contacts”
    3. Select the contact you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
    5. Turn off “All calls to voicemail”

    Block Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Open Google “Messenger”
    2. Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
    3. Tap “Menu” > “People & options”
    4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
    5. Tap “OK”

    NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived, and you will no longer receive notifications for these messages.

    Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Launch Google “Messenger”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
    3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact or phone number you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Menu”
    5. Select “Unarchive”
    6. Tap “Menu” again and access “People & Options”
    7. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Go to “Menu”
    3. Tap “Settings”
    4. Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might not be available if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
    5. Select “Always forward”
    6. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or alternatively choose a contact form the phonebook
    7. Tap “Enable”

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Select “Call forwarding”
    4. Choose to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
    5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
    6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

    Turn Off Call Forwarding:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Settings”
    4. Tap “Call forwarding”
    5. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
    6. Tap “Disable”
