    Hi everybody,

    I badly need to fix my phone Htc desire 628 to stock room or ruu or if anybody have any way to root that device please help me I'm new here.

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Open “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
    4. Select to “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
    5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Go to “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
    4. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when unanswered”
    5. Enter the phone number to forward incoming calls to
    6. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
    3. Select “Always forward” or a different forwarding option to disable
    4. Tap “Disable”

    Block Incoming Calls:

    1. On the home screen, tap “People”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
    3. Tap “Blocked contacts” > “+”
    4. Perform one of the steps below:
      • To block an existing contact: tick the check box associated with the contact and tap “Save”. Optionally, tap “OK” to save the contact information to a different account before blocking it
      • To block a phone number: enter it and tap “OK”

    Unblock Calls:

    1. Open “People” and tap “Menu”
    2. Tap “Manage contacts” > “Blocked contacts”
    3. Press “Menu” > “Remove blocked contacts”
    4. Select the contact you want to unblock and tap “Delete” to confirm

    Block Messages:

    1. On the home screen, tap “Messages”
    2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the contact you want to block
    3. At the “Message options” pop-up, tap “Block contact”

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Open “Messages”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
    3. Tap the contact you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts”
