    Back Up & Restore App Data:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Open “Settings” and scroll to “Personal
    3. Tap “Backup & reset"
    4. To back up app data and settings to your Google account, enable “Back up my data
    5. To allow app data to be automatically restored upon reinstalling, enable “Automatic Restore

    Back up & Restore Contacts:

    1. Go to “Settings
    2. Access “Accounts
    3. Select an account type
    4. Choose the account you want to use for syncing the contacts
    5. Ensure “Contacts” is checked
    6. Tap “Menu” > “Sync Now

    NOTE: Contacts backed up using the method above can be automatically restored the next time you sign in with your Google backup account on your phone.

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the ZTE Warp 7 to your computer via USB
    2. At the prompt, enable “Media device (MTP)” / “File Transfer (MTP)”, or enable the option from the “Notification” area
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Use the File Explorer to locate the media files on your phone
    5. Copy the files and transfer them in the desired backup location on the computer
    6. After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the phone from the USB cord

    Restore Media Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the ZTE Warp 7 to your computer via USB
    2. When prompted, turn on “Media device (MTP)” / “File Transfer (MTP)”, or enable the option from the “Notification” area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Use the Explorer to locate the media file backups on the PC storage
    5. Copy the backup files and transfer them to the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” directory or the folder(s) they originate from
    6. After the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the phone from the USB cord
