Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:

1. Tap “Contacts” on the home screen
2. Go to “All Contacts”
3. Select the desired contact and tap “Edit”
4. Press “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail” to block the contact

Unblock Calls from a Contact:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Go to “All Contacts”
3. Select the contact you want to unblock and tap “Edit”
4. Tap “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages via Google Messenger:

1. Launch “messenger”
2. Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
5. Press “OK” to confirm

NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages sent by the blocked contact / number will be archived. You will no longer receive notifications for messages received from blocked numbers.

Unblock Messages in Google Messenger:

1. Open “Messenger”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to unblock
4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
5. Tap “Menu” again
6. Go to “People & Options”
7. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Turn On Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Go to “Call forwarding” (NOTE: This option might not be available if it is unsupported by your carrier)
4. Choose “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to (Alternatively choose a contact from the phonebook)
5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Go to “Call forwarding”
4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to
6. Tap “Update” or “Enable”

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Press “Menu”
3. Access “Settings” and tap “Call forwarding”
4. Select the forwarding option you wish to turn off
5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
