Transfer Audio Files from a Windows Computer:

    1. Connect the HTC One A9s to your computer via USB
    2. Enable “Media device (MTP)” / “File Transfer (MTP)” at the prompt or from the “Notification” area
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer and locate the desired audio files
    4. Copy the desired files and transfer them on the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” / “Ringtones” / “Notifications“ folders
    5. After the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB port

    Change the Phone Ringtone:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Open “Settings”
    3. Swipe to, and tap “Personalize”
    4. Tap “Ringtone” and select the desired ringtone
    5. Tap “Apply”

Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:

NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be assigned to contacts located on the SIM card or the phone’s internal memory.

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Open “People”
    3. Select the desired contact and tap “Ringtone”
    4. Select the desired ringtone and tap “Apply” to confirm

    Change the Phone’s Notification Sound:

    1. Launch “Settings”
    2. Tap “Sound & notifications”
    3. Tap “Notification sound”
    4. Swipe to, and select the audio file you want to use for notifications
    5. Tap “Apply” to confirm
