    Block Incoming Calls:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
    3. Tap “Call blocking & Decline with Message”
    4. Tap “Blocked numbers” > “+”
    5. Perform one of the steps below:
      • To block a contact: select the contact you want to block and tap “Done”
      • To block a call log entry: select the entry and tap “Done”
      • To block a new phone number: enter the number and tap “Save”

    Unblock Calls:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
    3. Tap “Call blocking & Decline with message”
    4. Tap “Blocked numbers” and select the numbers you want to block
    5. Tap “Delete” > “Yes” to confirm

    Block Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Launch “Messaging”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Register spam numbers”
    3. Select whether you want to “Delete all messages of the selected number” or not
    4. Tap “Yes” to confirm

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Open “Messaging”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Spam manager”
    3. Tap “Spam settings” > “Spam numbers”
    4. Tap the “Trash can” icon associated with the phone number you want to unblock
    5. Lastly, tap “Delete” > “Yes”

    Block Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Open Google “Messenger”
    2. Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / number you want to block
    3. Tap “Menu” > “People & options”
    4. Tap “Block [contact / number]”

    NOTE: The blocked contact and future messages will be archived and you will no longer receive notifications from the contact.

    Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Launch “Messenger”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Tap “Blocked contacts” (NOTE: this option will not be shown if the block list is empty)
    4. Tap “Unblock” next to the contact you want to unblock

    NOTE: The contact and messages will be removed from archives.

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
    3. Tap “More”
    4. Access “Call forwarding” > “Always forward”
    5. Enter the phone numbers you want to forward calls to (optionally you can tap “Contacts” and select a contact from the phonebook)
    6. Tap “Turn on”

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
    3. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
    4. Under “Forward If”, select to forward when “Busy”, “Unanswered” or “Unreachable”
    5. If needed, enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts” and select a contact from your phonebook
    6. Tap “Turn on” / “Update”

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
    3. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
    4. Tap “Always forward” > “Turn off”

    Manage Caller ID Settings:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
    3. Go to “More” > “Additional settings”
    4. Access “Caller ID”
    5. Select “Network default”, “Hide number” or “Show number”
