    Block Incoming Calls:

    1. Launch “Contacts”
    2. Go to “All Contacts”
    3. Select the phone number / contact you want to block
    4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

    Unblock Calls:

    1. Open “Contacts” and access “All Contacts”
    2. Select the contact / phone number you want to unblock
    3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
    4. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

    Block Messages via Google Messages:

    1. Launch Google “Messenger”
    2. Select the message thread exchanged with the phone number / contacts you want to block
    3. Tap “Menu” > “People & options”
    4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
    5. Tap “OK” to confirm

    NOTE: When you block messages, the conversation thread will be archived and future messages received from the blocked contact will be added to archives. You will no longer receive notifications for incoming blocked messages.

    Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Launch Google “Messenger”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
    3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
    5. Tap “Menu” again and go to "People & Options”
    6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

    Turn On Call Forwarding:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Access “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Go to “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might not be available if it is unsupported by your carrier)
    4. Enter the phone number or select the contact you want to use for call forwarding
    5. Tap “Enable”

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Press “Menu” and access “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call forwarding”
    4. Choose to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unusable” or “When busy”
    5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
    6. Tap “Update” or “Enable”

    Turn Off Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
    2. Go to “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call forwarding”
    4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
    5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
