    Block Incoming Calls:

    1. Tap Phone on the home screen
    2. Tap More and access to Settings
    3. Go to Call rejection
    4. Tap Auto reject list and follow one of the steps below:
      • To block a phone number: enter it and make sure the Match criteria is set to default
      • To block calls from a contact or call log entry: tap Contacts or Logs and tap the contact or entry to block
      • To block unknown callers: set the Unknown switch to ON

    Unblock Incoming Calls:

    1. Launch Phone and tap More
    2. Tap Settings > Call rejection
    3. Access Auto reject list
    4. Tap - next to the contact / number you want to unblock

    Block / Unblock Messages:

    1. Open Messages
    2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact whose messages you want to block
    3. Tap Add to spam numbers

    NOTE: To unblock messages, follow the same steps above and then tap Remove from spam

    Block Messages via Settings:

    1. Launch Messages
    2. Tap More > Settings > Spam filter
    3. Tap Manage spam numbers and follow one of these steps:
      • Tap Inbox or Contacts, then select the number / contact you want to block
      • Enter the phone number you want to block and tap +
    4. Press Back to confirm

    Unblock Messages via Settings:

    1. Open Messages
    2. Tap More > Settings
    3. Tap Spam filter
    4. Access Mange spam numbers
    5. Tap the - symbol next to the number you want to unblock
    6. Press Back to confirm

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Tap Phone on the home screen
    2. Tap More > Settings
    3. Go to more settings and tap Call forwarding
    4. Select to Always forward and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to. Alternatively you can select a contact from the phonebook
    5. Tap Turn on

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Open Phone
    2. Tap More
    3. Access Settings
    4. Tap More settings > Call forwarding
    5. Select to Forward when unreachable, Forward when unanswered or Forward when busy
    6. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to
    7. Tap Turn on / Update

    Turn Off Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch Phone
    2. Tap More > Settings
    3. Tap More settings > Call forwarding
    4. Choose the forwarding option you want to turn off
    5. Tap Turn off to confirm
