Block Incoming Calls:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Tap “More” and access to “Settings”
3. Go to “Call rejection”
4. Tap “Auto reject list” and follow one of the steps below:
   
   • To block a phone number: enter it and make sure the “Match criteria” is set to default
   • To block calls from a contact or call log entry: tap “Contacts” or “Logs” and tap the contact or entry to block
   • To block unknown callers: set the “Unknown” switch to “ON”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

1. Launch “Phone” and tap “More”
2. Tap “Settings” > “Call rejection”
3. Access “Auto reject list”
4. Tap “-“ next to the contact / number you want to unblock

Block / Unblock Messages:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact whose messages you want to block
3. Tap “Add to spam numbers”

NOTE: To unblock messages, follow the same steps above and then tap “Remove from spam”

Block Messages via Settings:

1. Launch “Messages”
2. Tap “More” > “Settings” > “Spam filter”
3. Tap “Manage spam numbers” and follow one of these steps:
   
   • Tap “Inbox” or “Contacts”, then select the number / contact you want to block
   • Enter the phone number you want to block and tap “+”
4. Press “Back” to confirm

Unblock Messages via Settings:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Spam filter”
4. Access “Mange spam numbers”
5. Tap the “-“ symbol next to the number you want to unblock
6. Press “Back” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
3. Go to “more settings” and tap “Call forwarding”
4. Select to “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to. Alternatively you can select a contact from the phonebook
5. Tap “Turn on”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “More”
3. Access “Settings”
4. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
5. Select to “Forward when unreachable”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when busy”
6. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to
7. Tap “Turn on” / “Update”

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
3. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. Choose the forwarding option you want to turn off
5. Tap “Turn off” to confirm
