    Back Up App Data:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Go to the “General” tab
    3. Tap “Backup & reset”
    4. Turn on “Back up my data”

    Back Up Contacts:

    1. Launch “Settings”
    2. Access the “General” tab
    3. Tap “Backup & reset” > “LG Backup”
    4. Tap “Backup & restore”
    5. Tap “Back up my data” and ensure “LG Cloud” is enabled
    6. Sign in with your LG Account if prompted
    7. Select “Personal data” and disable the other options
    8. Expand “Personal data” and ensure “Contacts” is enabled
    9. Tap “Start” to begin the process
    10. Once completed, tap “Done”

    Back Up Contacts on the SD Card:

    1. Launch “Settings”
    2. Access the “General” tab if necessary
    3. Tap “Backup & reset”
    4. Tap “LG Backup” > “Backup & restore”
    5. Tap “Back up data” and turn on “SD Card”
    6. Choose the items you want to back up
    7. Tap “Start” > “Done”

    Back Up Media Files on the Phone:

    1. Open “Settings” and access the “General” tab
    2. Tap “Backup & reset”
    3. Tap “LG Backup” > “Backup & restore”
    4. Select “Media data” and deselect the non-media options
    5. Expand “Media data” and select the media files you want to back up
    6. Tap “Start”
    7. Once the process is complete, tap “Done”

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows Computer:

    1. Connect the LG Stylo 2 V to your computer via USB
    2. Turn on “Media sync (MTP)” / “File Transfer (MTP)” when prompted or from the “Notification” area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the PC
    4. Using the Explorer, locate the desired media files or “.sbf” backup files on the phone
    5. Copy the files and transfer them in the desired backup location on the computer
    6. Once the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray
    7. You can now safely disconnect the device from the USB port
