    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
    2. Go to “Settings” > “Call settings”
    3. Tap “Call forwarding” > “Voice”
    4. Choose “Always forwarding” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
    5. Tap “Enable”

    Turn On Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Open the apps drawer and launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Settings” > “Call settings”
    4. Tap “Call forwarding” > “Voice”
    5. Select to forward incoming calls “When busy”, “When unanswered” or “When unreachable”
    6. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to
    7. Tap “Update”

    Turn Off Call Forwarding:

    1. Open the “Apps” drawer
    2. Launch “Phone”
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    4. Access “Call settings”
    5. Tap “Call forwarding” > “Voice”
    6. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off

    Block Incoming and Outgoing Calls:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Access “Call settings”
    4. Tap “Call blocking” and select the desired option

    NOTE: If this is the first time accessing call blocking, you will be prompted to create a password for blocking settings. Otherwise you can change an existing password by tapping “Change call blocking password”.

    Block / Unblock Calls from a Contact:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Launch “Contacts”
    3. Select the desired contact
    4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
    5. Tap “All calls to voicemail”

    NOTE: to unblock a contact, follow the same steps and then turn off “All calls to voicemail”

    Block Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Open the “Apps” drawer
    2. Launch Google “Messenger”
    3. Select the message thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
    4. Tap “Menu” > “People &Options”
    5. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

    NOTE: The conversation thread will blocked and archived, and you will no longer receive message notifications from the blocked contact.

    Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Launch Google “Messenger”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Access “Archived”
    4. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to unblock
    5. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
    6. Tap “Menu” > “People & options”
    7. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

    View and Reset the Call Log:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Go to “Recents”
    3. Tap “view full call history”
    4. Tap a call log entry to view more details about it
    5. To reset the call log, tap “Menu” > “Clear call log / history”

    Enable Fixed Dialing:

    NOTE: You can limit the phone numbers you can call or send messages to by turning Fixed Dialing ON. To do this:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Go to “Menu” > “Settings” > “Call settings”
    3. Tap “Fixed dialing numbers”
    4. Turn on “Enable FDN” and enter your SIM security code if necessary
    5. Tap “OK”
    6. Access “FDN list”
    7. Tap “Menu” > “Add contact”
    8. Enter the phone number / name of the contact to add and tap “Save”

    Change Caller ID Settings:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call settings” > “Additional settings”
    4. Choose “Caller ID”
    5. Select “Network default”, “Hide number” or “Show number”
