    Transfer Audio Files from a Windows Computer:

    1. Establish a USB connection between the LG Tribute HD and computer
    2. Enable “File Transfer (MTP)” / “Media device (MTP)” from the “Notification” area or at the prompt
    3. Open the File Explorer on the PC and locate the desired audio files on the computer storage
    4. Transfer the files on the phone storage, preferably in the “Ringtones” and / or “Notification” folders
    5. Once the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB port

    Change the General Ringtone:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Go to “Sound & notification”
    3. Tap “Ringtone” and select the desired ringtone
    4. Tap “OK” to confirm

    Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:

    NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be assigned to contacts stored on the SIM card or the phone’s internal memory.

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Select the desired contact
    3. Tap “Edit” > “Ringtone”
    4. Select the desired ringtone
    5. Tap “OK” to confirm

    Change Email Notification Alert Settings:

    1. Launch “Email”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Select your email account and scroll to “Notification Settings”
    4. Clear or check the “Notifications” check box
    5. Tap “Notification sound” and select the desired notification sound
    6. Tap “OK”

    Change Emergency Alert Settings:

    1. Open “Messaging”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “More” under “General”
    4. Tap “Emergency alerts” and tick or clear the check boxes next to “Imminent extreme alerts”, “Imminent sever alerts” and / or “AMBER alerts”

    NOTE: Presidential alerts are enabled by default and cannot be turned off.
