    Block Incoming Calls:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” and access “Call settings”
    3. Tap “Call blocking & decline with message”
    4. Go to “Blocked numbers”
    5. Tap “+” and perform one of the following steps:
      • To block a contact: select it and tap “Done”
      • To block a call log entry: tap it and tap “Done”
      • To block a new phone number: enter it and tap “Save”

    Unblock Calls:

    1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
    2. Tap “Call settings”
    3. Go to “Call blocking & decline with message”
    4. Tap “Blocked numbers”
    5. Select the phone number / contact you want to unblock
    6. Tap “Delete” > “Yes”

    Block Messages:

    1. Launch “Messaging”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Register spam numbers”
    3. Select whether to “Delete all messages of the selected number”
    4. Tap “Yes” to confirm

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Open “Messaging”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Spam manager”
    3. Tap “Spam settings” > “Spam numbers”
    4. Tap the “Trash can” icon associated with the phone number you want to unblock
    5. Tap “Delete” > “Yes” to confirm

    Block Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Open Google “Messenger”
    2. Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
    3. Tap “Menu” > “People & options”
    4. Tap “Block [contact / number]”

    NOTE: The message thread and future messages from the blocked phone number / contact will be archived, and you will no longer receive notifications for future messages from the blocked contact.

    Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Open “Messenger”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Tap “Blocked contacts” (NOTE: this option will not be shown if the block list is empty)
    4. Tap “Unblock” next to the desired contact / phone number

    NOTE: The message thread will be removed from archives.

    Manage Caller ID Settings:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Call settings” and tap “More”
    4. Tap “Additional settings” > “Caller ID”
    5. Select “Network default”, “Hide number”, or “Show number”

    Turn On Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “phone” and tap “Menu”
    2. Go to “Call settings”
    3. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
    4. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts” and select one from the phonebook
    5. Tap “Turn on”

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Access “Call settings”
    4. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
    5. Under “Forward if”, choose to forward incoming calls when “Busy”, “Unreachable” or “Unanswered”
    6. Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, if necessary, or tap “Contacts” and select one from the phonebook
    7. Tap “Turn on” / “Update”

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Access “Call settings” and tap “More”
    4. Tap “Call forwarding” > “Always forward”
    5. Tap “Turn off”
