Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings”
4. Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might not be available if it is not supported by your carrier)
5. Enter or edit the phone number / contact you want to forward incoming calls to
6. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Turn On Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Tap “Menu” > “Call forwarding”
3. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to
5. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings” and tap “Call forwarding”
4. Select “Always forward” or choose a different forwarding option you want to turn off
5. Tap “Disable” to confirm

Block Incoming Calls:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Access “All Contacts”
3. Select the phone number / contact you want to block
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Open “All Contacts”
3. Select the contact you want to unblock
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and turn off “All Calls to voicemail”

Block Messages via Google Messenger:

1. Open the apps drawer
2. Launch Google “Messenger”
3. Select the message thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
4. Tap “Menu” > “People & options”
5. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The conversation thread will be archived, and so will be all future messages received from the blocked contact / number. In addition, you will no longer receive notifications for blocked (archived) messages.

Unlock Messages via Google Messenger:

1. Launch “Messenger”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Archived” and select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to unblock
4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
5. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”
